RIM exec apologizes for massive BlackBerry outage. That’s fantastic and just what BlackBerry users around the world needed to hear. Right. An apology three days later. Not to penalize BlackBerry, but really, some of these major companies really need to get their contingency plan in place and set up an “emergency management” team to get out there and deal with their clients at the peak of the emergency; not three days later.
