Today’s meals were excellent and so I had to share my journal for today with all of you. Here’s what I ate:
Breakfast:
Cup of black tea
1 slice of rye with light margarine
Lunch:
Tuna cooked with black pepper on a slice of rye with cucumber, lettuce and green olives
Snack:
Black tea
Apple slices with peanut butter
Dinner:
Okra satay with onions
Late night snack:
Cup of yogurt
I am in love with satay okra and onions. I added some curry powder, turmeric and red pepper. Turned out amazingly delicious.
